Sponsor a Backpack

Our education team is putting together a backpack program for 2024 to allow local students to collect water quality data from the St. Johns River!

Each backpack comes with all the materials needed for an entire class to test the quality of the St. Johns River. Examples of water quality test results include the levels of nutrients in the river, the clarity of the water, and how much salt is present. Students will perform tests once a month throughout the school year and will share the data with St. Johns Riverkeeper staff.

Sponsor a backpack today and help provide students in our watershed with the tools for hands-on experiential learning about our St. Johns River. A $250 gift sponsors one backpack, but any amount will help us provide tools to local students!
